Who is Minna?

I am a coach with over 15 years of experience.A long-time CrossFit L2 trainer and professional movement nerd.I coach people and build structured training that focuses on strong basics, quality movement, and long-term progress.Over the years, I have coached thousands of classes and helped people of all levels and ages get stronger, move better, and train with more purpose.

Outside the gym, I’m usually somewhere in the forest, getting a bit of space from the noise. I spend time training with my Australian Shepherd Loki, which, honestly, is just another way of practicing timing, patience, and good movement.When I’m not coaching or programming, I recharge at my summerhouse or travel with my husband.A slower pace, fresh air, and just enough distance to think clearly again.I’m also part of the Tuomiopäivä livestream team, working behind the scenes in a leadership role and helping bring the competition to life.From time to time, I talk about training, coaching, and the realities of the sport on the Outside of the Box podcast.Coaching doesn’t really switch off, it just changes environment.Still slightly obsessed with strong basics. For good reason.
